    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The FLEX Director, Business Process Validation (BPV), plays a pivotal role in coordinating testing efforts across multiple teams and release trains within Digital + Technology Transformation (DTT). They are responsible for designing project plans, executing roadmaps, and providing project management to ensure the successful implementation of DTT. This role involves leading the evaluation of test cases, maintaining standards, and providing insights to inform testing strategy. Additionally, the director collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including business and user testing teams, to drive alignment, identify risks, and optimize testing processes.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Coordinate testing readiness across teams and release trains, identifying and mitigating risk areas.
    • Lead efforts to understand the testing landscape and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across DTT domains.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
    • Collect and refine user test cases, reconciling them against the business process validation test plan.
    • Facilitate coordination and meetings among testing teams to drive consistency and standards across Business Testing.
    • Act as a liaison between BPV, other testing teams, and business teams to establish new standards and processes.
    • Conduct reporting and analysis of test cases, evaluating gaps, and prioritizing actions.
    • Provide transparency on business testing test plans and cases, collaborating with Business Readiness and other testing teams on planning activities.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with 6+ years of relevant experience demonstrating career growth and exceptional performance; or 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
    • 5 or more years of Lodging/hospitality industry experience.
    • Extensive experience in project management, communications, and data analysis.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management.
    • PMP Certification and/or MBA preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large datasets, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, Jira, and Smart Sheet.
    • Experience influencing executives and delivering results in dynamic environments.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
