    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    Lead the service design efforts for enterprise growth initiatives, focusing on new units, businesses, and customer segments. Collaborate with stakeholders to create and optimize end-to-end customer and associate experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Distill business, customer, and operational constraints into manageable components.
    • Develop high-level service concepts and strategies through journey maps, blueprints, and other design artifacts.
    • Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to integrate service design principles effectively.
    • Translate human-centered ideas into visually compelling concepts and prototypes.
    • Advocate for a human-centered approach across the organization.
    • Conduct research to identify innovation opportunities and distill insights into design principles.
    • Balance multiple complex projects with exceptional organizational skills.
    • Support strategic planning efforts with actionable insights derived from design principles.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
    • 9+ years of experience in service design or related fields.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating service design process and contributions to projects.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
    • Demonstrated success in end-to-end service design with proven concept delivery.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Comfort with ambiguity and complex stakeholder interactions.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
