    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

     

    The HR Technology Governance Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the governance and successful delivery of HR Technology initiatives. Collaborating with HR COEs, Service Providers, and cross-disciplinary teams, this role ensures the effective execution of programs while driving improvements in the HR Technology governance framework.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Establish and maintain a robust governance framework for HR COEs and Service Providers, ensuring operational effectiveness.
    • Utilize program tools to facilitate the planning and deployment of HR Technology initiatives, aligning with Change Management, Communications, and Learning requirements.
    • Drive continuous process improvement and efficiencies within the HR Technology governance framework.
    • Manage Workstream Activities: Oversee project management activities for multiple workstreams, monitoring risks, actions, and decisions to drive successful task completion.
    • Manage the HR Technology roadmap for designated workstreams, foreseeing and resolving potential issues.
    • Support functional team members in facilitating leadership conversations and contribute to meeting planning, content preparation, and action tracking.
    • Project Delivery: Collaborate with Change Management & Communications to develop integrated deployment strategies based on the HR Technology Roadmap.
    • Manage the execution of deployment strategies, coordinating with Continent teams, and overseeing communications related to HR Technology defects.
    • Discipline Partnership: Foster strong discipline relationships, understanding business needs, and collaborating across workstreams to achieve program goals.
    • Analyze information, evaluate results, and escalate risks, issues, and decisions to program leadership.
    • Present project status and key updates to stakeholders, serving as the escalation point for assigned discipline(s).
    • Additional Responsibilities: Keep leadership, peers, and subordinates informed of relevant information in a timely manner.
    • Effectively manage time, conduct activities in an organized manner, and present ideas for executive-level audiences.
    • Utilize problem-solving methodology for decision-making and follow-up.
    • Actively pursue continual process improvement and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

     

     

    Qualifications:

    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
    • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resource strategies, priorities, and initiatives.
    • Business acumen and service orientation.
    • Decision-making ability under tight deadlines and pressure.
    • Matrix organization collaboration skills.
    • Ability to address difficult issues and guide others towards meaningful goals.
    • Leadership presence with credibility to influence at all organizational levels.
    • Commitment to continual process improvement.
    • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

     

    Education + Experience Requirements:

    • 4-year degree in Business Administration or related major from an accredited university.
    • 4+ years of project execution experience.
    • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-functional initiatives.
    • Ability to accomplish results through others and develop/enforce program governance.
    • Experience planning deployment efforts for large stakeholder groups.
    • Consultative role experience requiring coordination across diverse stakeholders.
    • Experience in developing and delivering executive-level content.
