    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Director, Luxury All-Inclusive Project Manager plays a pivotal role within the Global Luxury Group’s Operations team. Responsible for spearheading the planning, development, and execution of projects to enhance luxury all-inclusive guest experiences, this role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Leads project planning, development, and execution for luxury all-inclusive guest programming.
    • Partners with global and continental leaders and external agencies to drive initiatives.
    • Ensures strict adherence to strategic plans and business objectives.
    • Manages resource allocation and directs key business partners to achieve goals.
    • Collaborates with the Senior Director, Luxury All-Inclusive to implement initiative strategies.
    • Acts as the primary liaison between stakeholders, addressing issues to prevent project delays.
    • Supports additional duties related to all-inclusive initiatives as needed.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience; MBA preferred. OR
    • 8+ years of experience in hospitality or Project Management, demonstrating career growth and exceptional performance.
