    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-time

     

    Lead and drive process and system improvements within the financial transaction and reporting tools, ensuring global alignment and optimization of business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Identify and prioritize opportunities for enhancing process and structure within financial transaction and reporting tools.
    • Lead and manage process/system improvement projects, utilizing strong project management skills and tools.
    • Drive alignment and shared accountabilities with key stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
    • Monitor and innovate financial information management practices to optimize business performance.
    • Develop and maintain systems and process documentation along with end-user training materials.
    • Assess gaps between business requirements and existing systems, collaborating with finance and technical professionals to deliver solutions.
    • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with corporate and continent finance teams.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 10 years of financial accounting management and/or financial applications management experience in a global organization.
    • Knowledge of generally accepted finance and accounting policies, principles, and controls.
    • Extensive knowledge of hotel and administrative accounting and finance processes and systems desirable.
    • Experience working on a continent or regional finance team.
    • Familiarity with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) for global companies operating within the European Union.
    • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Results-oriented with the ability to balance priorities and resources effectively.
    • Comfortable making decisions under tight deadlines and pressure.
    • Ability to sell ideas persuasively and challenge organizational norms for improved effectiveness.

    Education and Professional Certification:

    • Baccalaureate degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
