    The Director, One Yield Special Projects leads Project Leadership for the successful completion of the One Yield Analysis project, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial analysis to final implementation. As the Revenue Management business leader and One Yield Subject Matter Expert (SME), this role collaborates with the Business Analytics team and service providers, representing the Revenue Management perspective. Responsibilities include developing new products/processes, socializing concepts, and ensuring effective communication with HQ and Continent teams. The Director is accountable for conveying Revenue Management functional requirements to the broader RMRP team and Global Technology partners.


    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Lead the One Yield Analysis project, ensuring successful completion from analysis to implementation.
    • Represent Revenue Management perspective in collaboration with the analysis team, contributing to the development of new products/processes.
    • Communicate Revenue Management functional requirements to the RMRP team, including HQ, Continent Leadership, and Global Technology partners.
    • Develop materials for presentations on calls and webinars with Revenue Management, Continent, and FMC audiences.
    • Collaborate with various teams to establish adoption goals/benchmarks and gain feedback on system change requests.
    • Provide Revenue Management and One Yield knowledge as needed, partnering with stakeholders such as Owners, FMCs, Finance, and Sales.
    • Partner with Disciplines like Event Management, Finance, and Operations as required.
    • Provide critical information to support decision-making, manage budget, and achieve project goals.



    • 6+ years' experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance.
    • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major OR 8+ years of relevant professional experience in a related function, showing progressive career growth and exceptional performance.
    • 5+ years' experience with Marriott's systems platforms, including One Yield, MARSHA, HPP, MarRFP, and Total Yield.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under difficult conditions, particularly when faced with complexity and ambiguity.
    • Strong process management and problem-solving skills.
    • Prior experience evaluating business processes and successfully implementing medium to large-scale projects.
    • Effective written and oral communication skills with sensitivity to global communication needs.
