    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

    Duration: ASAP through 12/20/2024 (approx 6 months)

     

    The Senior Manager of HR Technology (Security) supports the associate experience by evolving technological capabilities within the mHUB ecosystem to align with enterprise strategies. This role acts as an internal consultant for Security stakeholders, applying technical expertise and solutions to ensure proper security roles and permissions. Key responsibilities include providing scalable and sustainable security solutions through configuration and research.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Support the implementation and compliance of governance frameworks for Security initiatives.
    • Utilize program tools for planning and informing Change Management and Security requirements.
    • Drive process improvements and enhance associate experiences in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Gather and prioritize product requirements for the Security roadmap.
    • Partner with Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture teams to address technical updates and issues.
    • Advocate for end-user needs through research and feedback.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-friendly features and enhancements.
    • Guide Global Technology partners on technology development and budget management.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in executing large-scale projects.
    • Experience with SaaS solutions specific to Security.
    • Proven ability to work in complex ecosystems with multiple solution providers.
    • Strong consultative skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Smartsheet and Excel.
    • Experience in planning deployments for large stakeholder groups.
    • Skilled in developing and delivering executive-level content.

    • High degree of independence and initiative in supporting business objectives.
    • Results-oriented with the ability to deliver under time constraints.
    • Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders and vendors.
    • Knowledge of SaaS HR solutions and HR processes, systems, and best practices.
