    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the development and execution of brand identity, print, digital marketing initiatives, and collateral for Marriott's brand portfolio. This pivotal role within Riott Haus Creative demands a well-rounded approach to design, ensuring all collateral adheres to brand and industry standards while exceeding partner expectations.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Lead the creative concepting and execution of initiatives for Marriott Bonvoy brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and production standards.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop impactful ideas based on tactical plans.
    • Actively research current design trends, color, and technology to create innovative solutions.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Art, Advertising, or related field.
    • 3+ years of hands-on design experience, specializing in visual identity and brand refreshes.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
    • Experience managing multiple brands or clients concurrently.
    • Ability to mentor and lead production designers to enhance their skill sets.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
    • Experience in consumer marketing campaigns across various mediums.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising design execution.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects across stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of delivering results in challenging conditions.
