    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to integrate into our Identity and Access Governance (IGA) program. You'll collaborate within an Agile delivery team, engaging with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a system aligning stakeholder needs, technical capabilities, and program timelines.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Support business and technical stakeholders in transitioning to new IAM capabilities across various IGA domains.
    • Assist Product Owner with user story prioritization.
    • Gather and analyze business requirements for identity governance and administration, collaborating with IT, security, and business stakeholders.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IAM solutions.
    • Evaluate and improve business processes, anticipating requirements and proposing solutions aligned with business goals.
    • Conduct impact analysis to assess implications of the IGA solution on existing processes and systems.
    • Design and review user experience and workflows within the IGA system.
    • Facilitate system testing, coordinate testing activities, and manage issue resolution.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field, followed by 7+ years of progressive experience in information technology application design or development.
    • 3+ years of experience as an IAM Business Analyst, with strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in information security domains, including risk management, control assessments, and regulatory compliance.
    • Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and role-based access control processes.
    • Experience with IGA solutions and documentation of system requirements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

     

    Competencies:

    • Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodology and tools.
    • Familiarity with business process re-engineering and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
    • Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Customer Identity and Access Management.
    • Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
    • Proficient in organizational change management practices.
