    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Marketing Content Manager for B2B Events and Programs will spearhead the development of captivating content aimed at enhancing our brand presence, engaging our target audience, and fostering business growth. This role demands a creative strategist adept at crafting and executing successful marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include curating and adapting content for B2B audiences, managing approval processes, and ensuring seamless accessibility for our global sales team. Additionally, this role will oversee Travel Management Company (TMC)/Leisure marketing initiatives, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain a comprehensive content repository to streamline marketing communications across various channels.

     

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to generate compelling content.
    • Adapt existing brand and marketing assets for B2B audiences, ensuring approvals and central accessibility.
    • Develop and maintain a content repository to provide regular updates to sales associates.
    • Manage content for easy sharing on Sprinkr platform by sales associates.
    • Create marketing and advertising materials to support TMC/leisure marketing commitments, coordinating with creative agencies and client organizations.
    • Ensure adherence to Marriott's B2B visual identity and messaging guidelines in marketing materials.
    • Liaise with external agencies for content and design direction.
    • Stay updated with Marriott news to incorporate relevant content into marketing collateral.
    • Apply a global perspective to developed materials, ensuring scalability and cultural relevance.
    • Assist the GSO B2B Team on special projects as needed.

     

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED with 4 years' relevant professional experience in marketing or related field OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related discipline from an accredited university.
    • Proven track record of delivering results and adapting to evolving priorities.
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in social media management and community engagement.
    • Strong project management abilities, capable of meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Creative thinker with strategic acumen and proficiency in visual storytelling.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
    • Ability to thrive in a virtual team-based environment.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external teams.
