    Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Business Travel Pricing Support Specialist provides dedicated support in the Business Travel (BT) segment, assisting the Business Travel Account Manager (BTAM) and/or Global Account Executives (GAEs) in executing the BT strategy and managing the BT RFP process. This role requires proficiency in BT systems such as MarRFP, Excel, and RFP tools (e.g., Lanyon), with a focus on detail and process orientation.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Proactively support the BT segment, assisting in the implementation of BT strategies.
    • Collaborate with BTAM/BT Coordinator on project team RFPs and gap analysis.
    • Create and maintain BT Account Workbook to support pricing processes.
    • Provide support for BT pricing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Conduct ongoing quality control of account data and management reporting.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with Business Transient segment and proficiency in associated systems (MarRFP, Excel, RFP tools like Lanyon, etc.).
    • Detail-oriented with strong process-oriented skills.
    • Previous experience in BT segment support is preferred.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Flexible schedule to accommodate peak pricing season (September through December) and additional opportunities throughout the year.
