    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Digital Merchandising Manager will be a pivotal force in optimizing cobrand campaigns across the digital customer journey, encompassing both web and mobile app platforms. This role harmonizes marketing technology, customer data, and creative elements to elevate the digital experience. Through strategic merchandising, stakeholder management, and KPI monitoring, this position aims to deliver personalized and curated experiences for guests and members, particularly focusing on cobrand credit card products.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Lead the planning and execution of quarterly and monthly merchandising campaigns.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive promotional campaign calendars, balancing customer needs and business priorities.
    • Manage the end-to-end merchandising workflow using project management tools like Adobe Workfront, JIRA, Product Plan, or Trello.
    • Collaborate with the Analytics team to analyze customer demand, shopping behavior, and performance reports, providing recommendations for future campaign approaches.
    • Oversee the inventory of merchandising placements globally across web and mobile apps, collaborating with stakeholders and partners.
    • Activate campaigns and content across digital channels to support corporate initiatives and regional promotions.
    • Utilize 3rd party tools to expand the inventory of placements to meet Merchandising needs.
    • Work closely with digital product teams and the Director of Merchandising Performance and Optimization to test and implement new merchandising opportunities.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or merchandising, product management, ecommerce, or a related function.
    • 2+ years of experience with project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, JIRA) and digital marketing/personalization technology (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics).
    • Previous experience managing merchandising for multiple credit card cobrand products domestically and internationally.
    • Working knowledge of content management systems, web technologies, A/B testing, or machine learning optimization methodologies.
    • Experience with vendor or agency management, understanding of UX and digital design principles, and familiarity with digital platforms.
