    Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

    Duration: 12 months

     

    The Manager, Digital Merchandising will enhance the digital customer journey by developing and executing merchandising tactics across desktop, mobile, and mobile app platforms. This role integrates marketing technology, customer data, and creative elements to improve the digital experience.

     

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement digital merchandising strategies and tactics.
    • Assist in daily merchandising operations and the testing/optimization roadmap.
    • Leverage marketing technology and customer segmentation for personalized experiences.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders on global merchandising plans and regional updates.
    • Manage the creation and execution of creative content for various digital platforms.
    • Use campaign management tools and customer data for targeted marketing.
    • Produce performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Partner with the digital product team to test and implement new opportunities.

     

    Qualifications:
    Required:

    • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, merchandising, product management, or ecommerce.
    • 1+ years of experience with campaign management tools, personalization technology, and customer data.
    • Knowledge of A/B and MVT testing methodologies.

     

    Preferred:

    • Experience managing merchandising for multiple credit card cobrand products.
    • Knowledge of content management systems and web technologies.
    • Understanding of UX and digital design principles.
    • Vendor or agency management experience.
    • Experience with digital measurement and analysis, preferably using Adobe Analytics.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
    • Effective communication skills for global audiences.
