    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

    Duration: 6 months; through 12/31/2024

     

    The Cobrand Digital Product team seeks an experienced Product Owner to manage the digital microservices system for both US and international credit cards. This role involves overseeing critical functions within the Cobrand digital ecosystem, including streamlining the card acquisition process, enhancing targeting and integration, facilitating test account creation, and maintaining system health.

     

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and expand core functionalities (Prefill, Prequalification, FOC) to streamline card acquisition.
    • Collaborate with bank partners to update prefill and prequalification processes.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to upgrade architecture and infrastructure for enhanced performance.
    • Enable microservices and data modeling for new digital channels.
    • Drive stakeholder alignment to build personalized targeting capabilities.
    • Develop initiatives for relevant offers on web and mobile platforms.
    • Ensure smooth test account creation and effective partnership communication.
    • Take ownership of the triaging process to swiftly identify and resolve system issues.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in credit cards and marketing.
    • Proven leadership, influence, and collaboration skills in a matrix-managed environment.
    • Entrepreneurial attitude, self-starter in ambiguous environments.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to navigate complex technical discussions and architectures.
    • Customer-obsessed mindset with a global perspective.
    • Understanding of SEO trends and impact on performance.
