    The Group Distribution Products Manager oversees initiatives impacting the group, meetings & events segment, providing crucial business support related to group distribution and digital products. This role involves executing updates to documentation, supporting project work, and assisting in Marriott's Digital and Technology Transformation.


    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Audit, organize, and update support resources such as Knowledge articles, SOP database, and training materials.
    • Track technology and business process gaps and enhancements for resolution.
    • Assist in instant book product setup, channel auditing, and content management.
    • Review and address escalated tickets on Marriott Service Portal.
    • Monitor Group Distribution-related inboxes and offer global associates support as necessary.
    • Attend and actively participate in relevant meetings.
    • Take initiative and work autonomously when required.
    • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to align with business strategies.
    • Maintain positive working relationships with internal customers and department leaders.



    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field from an accredited university.
    • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in sales and catering, event management, group rooms management, or revenue management, or 3+ years of similar experience.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
    • Demonstrated career growth and consistent exceptional performance.
    • Experience in the lodging/hospitality industry across multiple brands.



    • Ability to work with Siebel (CI/TY, SFAWeb) and other relevant platforms such as Empower Sales, One Yield, MARSHA, HPP, and EPIC.
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow (Marriott Service Portal) and Smartsheet templates/forms.
    • Strong analytical skills to analyze information and propose effective solutions.
    • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills for conveying results, issues, and accomplishments clearly and effectively.
    • Proficient problem-solving skills with a structured approach to decision-making and follow-up.

    • Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders both within and outside the department.
