    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    As the Intermediary Compensation Programs Manager, you play a pivotal role within Marriott's Intermediary Partner Support team, overseeing the implementation and management of Marriott’s Centralized Intermediary Compensation Programs. This position drives strategic technology transformations, supporting various intermediary segments such as travel agencies, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and digital marketing partners, managing over $1B annually in compensation and contributing to Marriott Bonvoy hotels' revenue growth.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Manage the implementation, conversion, and change management of Marriott’s Centralized Intermediary Compensation Programs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of transitioning and new hotels into the compensation programs.
    • Provide subject matter expertise to support implementation processes and system infrastructure changes.
    • Oversee technical integration and activation processes, including development, execution, and validation of UAT test cases.
    • Coordinate with program owners to facilitate the implementation of initiatives and programs through centralized intermediary compensation systems.
    • Lead the development of new training modules and In-Tool Support for managing centralized intermediary compensation batches.
    • Identify, document, and manage conversion activities required for Marriott’s intermediary compensation programs related to technology transformation.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
    • Experience with large technology initiatives and developing processes to support delivery.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Excellent project management skills with a focus on technical projects.
    • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and query writing.
    • Familiarity with core Marriott systems like FSPMS, FOSSE, Opera, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
