    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Luxury Group Strategy & Guest Experience Manager plays a vital role within the Marriott International Luxury Group, focusing on strategic planning and guest experience enhancement across the luxury brand portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director/Global Lead, this position supports cross-brand initiatives, collaborates with various stakeholders, and drives projects to elevate guest experiences, ensuring alignment with Marriott's luxury strategy.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Manage cross-brand initiatives to enhance guest experiences and drive strategic objectives.
    • Support annual brand planning processes for the Luxury Group in collaboration with brand management and commercial operations.
    • Develop and deliver content for internal and external forums, leveraging strong MS Office skills.
    • Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
    • Collaborate with Customer Operations and other partners to assess expansion opportunities for the luxury portfolio.
    • Create and maintain detailed project plans, articulating objectives, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field with creative abilities.
    • Strong communication and presentation development skills.
    • Demonstrated project leadership and management abilities.
    • Experience analyzing customer research, insights, and data.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly with strong graphics and PowerPoint skills.
    • 2+ years of experience in brand management, project management, or strategy consulting preferred.
