    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Flex Manager, Paid Social, plays a pivotal role in the Global Media Team, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance Marriott International's brand portfolio through strategic paid social campaigns. They will manage evergreen and tentpole campaigns, conduct reporting and analysis, and ensure technical governance. This role involves collaboration with brand, content, and social services teams, as well as agency partners and social platform vendors, to drive effective execution and measurement of paid social initiatives.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Plan and publish evergreen and tentpole content across social platforms.
    • Support brand and loyalty paid content campaigns to expand social presence.
    • Develop best practices for paid social and creative strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with Rules of Engagement on paid social platforms.
    • Implement technical governance within brand teams.
    • Manage relationships with social platforms and internal stakeholders.
    • Monitor and report on paid, owned, and earned social performance.
    • Identify insights from social listening and comment moderation reports.
    • Evolve key paid social KPIs and measurement plans.
    • Coordinate testing roadmap within social platforms.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of media experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
    • Experience executing paid social campaigns using tools like Sprinklr or platform business manager pages.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Experience managing agency resources.
    • Strong understanding of the media landscape and social platforms.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence positively.
