    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-time 

     

    Join Marriott International's Global Technology team to shape the future of global travel. As the Digital Media Manager for MDS PLUS Media Management, you'll be the key point of contact and digital subject matter expert for ~40 participating hotels. Your role involves planning, directing, and coordinating paid media activities to meet hotel objectives, ensuring successful execution within budget and fostering a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Strategize, plan, and execute paid media activities for ~40 hotels in the MDS PLUS Media Management program.
    • Lead client calls, collect hotel information, and address inquiries about the program and digital channels.
    • Ensure timely delivery of program documentation and communicate strategic changes to clients proactively.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute program deliverables on time.
    • Review client deliverables to ensure alignment with strategy and quality expectations.
    • Establish digital KPIs, analyze results, and adjust program strategy based on client needs.
    • Develop customized recommendations for hotel stakeholders to guide funding, budget, and strategy.
    • Monitor program results monthly, present reports, and proactively identify opportunities for enhancement.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5+ years of experience in online agency or client services positions.
    • 3-5+ years of experience in implementing digital strategies.
    • BS/BA degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience/certification.

     

    Competencies:

    • Solid working knowledge of online marketing channels: SEO, paid media, retargeting, merchandising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
    • Attention to detail and high energy.
    • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong client services approach.
    • Effective presentation skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
