    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Manager, Digital Media Activation, serves as the primary digital subject matter expert (SME) for hotels in the MDS PLUS Media Management program. This role involves strategizing, planning, directing, and coordinating paid media activities to meet hotel objectives across approximately 40 hotels, ensuring timely, budget-compliant execution with a focus on a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for hotels in the PLUS Media Management program.
    • Schedule and lead client calls throughout the program period.
    • Collect hotel needs and expectations, addressing questions about the program and digital channels.
    • Monitor and communicate program impact versus goals, suggesting strategic adjustments.
    • Manage program deliverables within timelines, coordinating with operations and client services teams.
    • Develop customized recommendations for hotel stakeholders regarding funding, budget, and strategy.
    • Analyze and report on program results, presenting monthly reports and insights to clients.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention, meeting client satisfaction survey and renewal targets.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5+ years of experience in an online agency or related client services position, or equivalent experience.
    • 3-5+ years of experience in implementing digital strategies or equivalent experience.
    • BS/BA degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience/certification.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Effective presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Solid working knowledge of online marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, retargeting, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
    • Strong client services approach and attention to detail.
