    As a Revenue Management Solutions Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of supporting Marriott’s Global Revenue Management Products worldwide. This role involves ensuring high-quality, consistent support for platforms such as High Performance Pricing (HPP), One Yield, and Total Yield. You will collaborate with Revenue Management discipline partners and Global Technology to respond to Help Desk inquiries, document business requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, and support system implementations. The position also involves serving as a system subject matter expert for training/webinars and representing user feedback to Revenue Management Product Owners.


    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Provide day-to-day support for Revenue Management Solutions globally, including responding to Help Desk questions and supporting system releases.
    • Execute updates/modifications for High Performance Pricing Master Level rate offers, handling both ad hoc and scheduled tasks.
    • Identify, manage, and resolve incidents in collaboration with Product, Implementation Planning & Delivery, Global Technology, and other relevant teams.
    • Deliver second-level issue resolution for field, discipline, and continent teams via the SNOW platform.
    • Support Change Management and Communications efforts, coordinating with Product and Implementation Planning and Delivery teams for scheduled and unscheduled outages.
    • Monitor and assess the health of revenue management solutions, reporting detailed metrics and supporting business processes.
    • Collaborate with Learning Development, Learning Delivery, and RM Field Support teams to ensure effective training content development and delivery.
    • Document business requirements, create test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and support the creation of user training for system fixes and enhancements.



    • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience demonstrating exceptional performance OR High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under challenging conditions.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing multiple tasks.
    • Effective communication skills with both business and technical backgrounds.
    • Experience with conflict resolution in a positive manner.
    • Lodging/hospitality industry experience across multiple brands.



    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient understanding of Marriott’s Revenue Management Systems (High Performance Pricing, One Yield, Total Yield, etc.).
    • Strategic Thinking: Experience with Marriott International’s Transient and Group strategies.
    • ServiceNow Expertise: Knowledge of ServiceNow (Marriott Service Portal) and JIRA/Confluence.
    • Problem Solving: Ability to identify, manage, and resolve incidents effectively.
    • Training and Development: Collaborate on effective training content development and delivery.
    • Flexibility: Requires a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends, to support system releases and testing.
