    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Manager, Global MAMS & ESFactor Operations, oversees all facets of the MAMS & ESFactor program at Marriott International. This role involves developing, disseminating, and coordinating program content, training, and communications across all levels of associates globally. The manager serves as the program's subject matter expert, managing the budget and ensuring effective implementation in collaboration with continent support teams.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Manage all aspects of MAMS & ESFactor program operations, including content development, training, and stakeholder communications.
    • Serve as the primary contact for system needs, enhancements, and issue resolution, ensuring smooth program execution.
    • Own and manage the annual global program budget and forecasts.
    • Champion the MAMS & ESFactor program and maintain executive-level reporting summaries for senior leadership.
    • Foster relationships with system users, property leaders, and regional stakeholders globally.
    • Facilitate communication and accountability with continent program support teams.
    • Support new hotel onboarding by providing training materials and leadership guidance on program procedures.
    • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to support business goals and achievements.
    • Lead and develop content training for hotels, global users, and partner disciplines.
    • Oversee program files to reflect updates, collateral, and communications.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field OR 6 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth.
    • Experience in lodging/hospitality industry, preferably across multiple MSB brands.
    • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and implement new business programs.
    • Strong understanding of sales strategies and revenue management systems.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and independently.
    • Dedication to data integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
    • Experience in interpreting business requirements and technical specifications.
