    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Manager, Brand Marketing, is a pivotal member of the Global Brand Marketing team, responsible for driving brand and marketing efforts across various touchpoints. This role plays a key part in brand stewardship, cultivating each brand throughout the consumer journey via integrated marketing, partnerships, activations, and communications. Collaboration with internal teams such as PR, Paid Media, and Social Media is crucial to support brand health, business objectives, and profitability.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Support global brand marketing plans, including objectives, strategies, activations, and measurement.
    • Develop impactful creative briefs tied to consumer insights for agency partners, ensuring best-in-class creative work.
    • Execute integrated brand marketing and comms plans in partnership with global marketing disciplines.
    • Assist in organizing brand awareness events and activations in collaboration with the PR team.
    • Maintain and develop visual and verbal aspects of brand voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Provide creative assessment on brand marketing work, offering strategic feedback to agency partners.
    • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and provide clear feedback on project deliverables.
    • Communicate brand marketing plans and updates to internal stakeholders across the organization.
    • Implement comprehensive marketing strategies along the consumer journey, including experiential activations and media communications.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are not overspent.

     

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED with 4 years' experience in business, sales, marketing, or related area, OR a 4-year degree in marketing, business administration, or related major.
    • 5+ years of experience in business, sales, marketing, or related area, preferably with global brands and in the travel industry.
    • Experience with project management and managing multiple projects with varying components and deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience working with creative agencies and providing constructive feedback.
    • Excellent relationship development and management skills.
    • Ability to manage budgets and track project progress accurately.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
