    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-time

     

    Join our Marriott Digital Services (MDS) team as a Digital Client Services Coordinator. This role is pivotal in supporting the execution of digital programs, focusing on custom digital activation for hotels. The Coordinator ensures effective communication, manages program deliverables, and analyzes results to drive direct bookings and enhance online awareness.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Support Digital Consultants in coordinating, implementing, and tracking digital program activities.
    • Attend client calls, collect information on needs and expectations, and provide updates on program initiatives.
    • Ensure timely delivery of program documentation and communicate updates to clients.
    • Manage program deliverables, coordinating with operations, paid media teams, and vendors.
    • Review client deliverables to ensure alignment with strategy and quality expectations.
    • Support the execution of customized digital business plans and engage in active communication with MDS teams.
    • Monitor program results and business goals, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.
    • Answer client questions and proactively seek opportunities to improve program effectiveness.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ year experience in online agency, client services, or marketing.
    • Experience contributing to project teams and implementing digital strategies.
    • BS/BA degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent certification from higher education.
    • High attention to detail and effective project management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong client services approach with effective presentation skills.
    • Analytical mindset, capable of analyzing data across multiple reporting sources.
    • Effective written and oral communication skills, including presentations.
