    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    As a Project Manager for Marriott International's Talent Assessment, Performance, and Planning group, known as TAPP, you will be primarily responsible for managing project work with several vendors who are supporting development and implementation of new global assessments and interview guides. You will work closely with the members of the Talent Assessment, Performance, and Planning (TAPP) team as well as HR partners and continent leads to ensure the success of the development and validation of global non-management assessments and updated interview guide platform. This includes managing the vendors and project teams, day-to-day operations, coordination of focus groups and meetings, communications, and managing content language translations.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Manage the non-management assessment development and validation, including attending and taking notes in all vendor meetings, managing project timelines between the vendors and the Marriott International project team, managing relationships and communication, and overseeing the language translations process.
    • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of focus group meetings and other project meetings.
    • Work with translations vendors and coordinate with internal SMEs who will be providing internal translations review.
    • Resolve day-to-day issues within the projects and follow internal escalation plan as necessary.
    • Provide support to other TAPP projects and initiatives as needed.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience managing complex projects with a large number of deadlines.
    • Experience in Human Resources preferred.

     

    Competencies:

    • Excellent organization, verbal/written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to deal effectively with vendors and associates at all levels.
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to effectively multi-task and function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
