    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    Support the department's objectives through administrative functions, assisting individuals or groups with administrative and project tasks. Responsible for decision-making impacting the department and handling confidential materials.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Provide administrative support to achieve departmental goals.
    • Assist in project-oriented tasks for individuals or groups within the department.
    • Develop solutions for unique and non-recurring assignments.
    • Make decisions with measurable impacts on department/division.
    • Interpret internal policies and serve as a resource to others.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive materials effectively.

     

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience as an administrative assistant or related area. OR 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or related area.

     

    Other Required Skills:

    • Proficient in a full range of administrative processes.
    • Advanced knowledge of word processing and familiarity with other business software packages.
    • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.
