    JOB SUMMARY

    Position type: Full-time

As an SEO Analyst, you will be a vital part of our industry-leading team, focusing on implementing customized strategies to elevate Marriott's hotels to the top of search engine result pages. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our evolving team, leveraging scalable growth strategies and unique tools for sustained success.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Execute SEO tactics aligning with overarching Marriott Digital + MDS strategies and goals.
    • Manage tasks such as keyword research, optimization, technical audits, schema optimization, local citation optimizations, and global SEO/multi-language site activation.
    • Prioritize, organize, and accomplish work within the SEO Discipline team, adapting to the ever-changing SEO landscape.
    • Serve as the lead for Local SEO needs and Salesforce SEO cases, collaborating with the Enterprise SEO Team to execute best-in-class SEO for hotels.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for SEO platforms (e.g., BrightEdge, Quattr, Datorama, Google Search Console) and support Client Services with tracking setup and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with SEO guidelines, documentation, and standards, aligning tactics with new best practices and evolving landscapes.
    • Focus on tactic quality and efficiency, ensuring deliverables meet MDS standards and timelines.
    • Manage vendor relationships, escalations, and facilitate training activities for internal, external stakeholders, and hotel teams.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Hospitality, English, or related field.
    • Relevant work experience in SEO, digital marketing, local search, and/or content management.
    • Hands-on experience or expertise with BrightEdge, Quattr or similar enterprise SEO tools is preferred.
    • Previous agency internship or work experience is a plus.

    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate SEO performance, provide insights, and support decision-making.
    • Adaptability: Easily adapts to changes in the SEO landscape, embracing new opportunities and features.
    • Documentation and Standards: Maintain and update SEO guidelines and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
