    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

    Duration: 12 months

     

    The Senior Director, Brand Marketing, Select Brands leads marketing efforts for select brands within the Global Brand and Marketing organization. They define brand marketing strategies, execute integrated plans, and ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints to support brand health and business objectives.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Develop and maintain compelling brand strategies and positioning.
    • Execute integrated brand marketing and communication plans.
    • Collaborate with global teams and marketing disciplines for optimal results.
    • Manage complex budgets and cross-functional initiatives.
    • Guide visual and verbal aspects of brand voice across all touchpoints.
    • Develop high-impact communications for senior leaders and stakeholders.
    • Ensure brand health through strategic demand-generation and loyalty marketing.
    • Create and manage creative briefs for agency partners.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of relevant professional experience with a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major OR 12+ years of relevant experience with progressive career growth.
    • Experience in managing and defining transformational strategies for business units.
    • Proven ability to deliver results under complex and ambiguous conditions.
    • Experience working within and navigating a portfolio of brands.
    • MBA preferred.
    • Lifestyle brand and partnership experience preferred.
    • Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
