    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Senior Manager, Associate Creative Director leads the development and execution of brand identity, visual identity, print, collateral, and digital marketing initiatives within Marriott's brand portfolio. They oversee a team of creatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that aligns with brand standards and exceeds partner expectations.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Conceptualize and execute creative initiatives for Marriott Bonvoy brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and production standards.
    • Supervise the execution of new art such as photo-shoots, illustrations, and digital imaging, maintaining consistency and quality across projects.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop impactful ideas based on tactical plans and digital brand strategies.
    • Monitor industry trends and provide expertise to stakeholders, offering insights to enhance processes and achieve business results.
    • Manage work assignments, projects, and policies, ensuring timely delivery of accurate results and adherence to departmental procedures.
    • Provide technical expertise and support to team members, staying updated on relevant industry trends and applying new knowledge to job responsibilities.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Advertising, Product Design, or related field.
    • 7+ years of progressive experience in art direction and design, with a track record of exceptional performance.
    • 3+ years of experience managing a collateral-based design team and working with production requirements and outside vendors.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office 365.
    • Experience leading consumer marketing campaigns across multiple brands, with a focus on TV, Print, OOH, Social, and digital marketing.
    • Strong understanding of design trends, industry best practices, and color management processes.
    • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects while delivering results under difficult conditions.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor team members and drive collaboration.
