    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The FLEX Sr. Manager, Associate Creative Director, leads the development and execution of creative strategies, brand identities, and marketing initiatives for Marriott's luxury and premium brands. This role oversees a team of creatives and ensures that all collateral adheres to brand standards while delivering exceptional creative solutions across various mediums.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Lead the development and execution of creative strategies and concepts for luxury and premium brands.
    • Ensure creative output meets brand guidelines and production standards.
    • Supervise the execution of new art, including photo shoots, illustrations, and digital imaging.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop impactful ideas based on strategic plans.
    • Implement visual strategies for digital marketing and advertising campaigns.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Advertising, or related field.
    • 7+ years of art direction and design experience, with a focus on luxury brands.
    • 3+ years of experience managing a design team.
    • Experience in consumer marketing campaigns, particularly in TV, Print, OOH, and Social.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and advertising design execution.
    • In-depth understanding of design trends and industry best practices.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
    • Experience in the travel industry preferred.
