    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Senior Manager of Communications – Loyalty Operations at FLEX plays a pivotal role in driving communication and change management strategies for Marriott Bonvoy programs and initiatives in the United States and Canada. Partnering with key stakeholders, this role develops and executes strategies to enhance communication effectiveness and drive engagement across various audiences.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Develop and execute communication and change management strategies for Marriott Bonvoy programs and initiatives in the US and Canada.
    • Lead initiative and project-based communications, ensuring alignment with core change management principles.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to address stakeholder communication needs, including Senior Leadership, property leadership, and associates.
    • Plan and execute Loyalty communications to disseminate key messages across diverse audiences.
    • Manage calendar of key messages to ensure consistent and timely delivery of internal communications.
    • Craft messages and develop talking points for senior leaders, utilizing data and insights to refine communication plans.
    • Utilize online, digital, and mobile channels effectively to drive awareness and engagement.
    • Develop targeted communications, such as memos, FAQs, presentations, and collateral, tailored to different audience needs.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, OR 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in change management, communications, marketing/branding, or related area.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong PowerPoint (PPT) development skills.
    • Experience supporting large-scale transformations for globally branded organizations.
    • Ability to work effectively in a complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environment.
    • Strong personal leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain alignment with broader organizational objectives.
