    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Senior Manager, Loyalty Account Products, within Marriott's App & Web Digital Products team, spearheads strategic and tactical initiatives to enhance the digital member experience. Reporting to the Director, Loyalty and Account Products, this role involves leading research, ideation testing, and agile scrum team management. It requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and a focus on delivering innovative features and services to streamline the Bonvoy Loyalty ecosystem.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Lead cross-functional teams to drive new product initiatives and deliver innovative experiences.
    • Develop and execute product strategies to improve the Bonvoy Loyalty feature ecosystem.
    • Define product feature epics, stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business, design, and engineering teams.
    • Utilize data analytics, user research, and market analysis to prioritize product initiatives.
    • Lead the coordination of backlog for defect resolution and user acceptance testing per release requirements.
    • Track and analyze product performance metrics, trends, and risks/opportunities.
    • Communicate vision, scope, and requirements through clear documentation and presentations.
    • Collaborate with global stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
    • 6+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or equivalent roles.
    • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
    • Strong analytical skills and understanding of technical concepts.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a distributed environment.
    • Experience with research, ideation testing, and product roadmap development.
    • Familiarity with global stakeholder management and major digital feature launches preferred.
