    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Senior Manager of Marriott Bonvoy Program Operations plays a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of the Marriott Bonvoy program. This position involves developing structures to monitor and evaluate end-to-end processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing transformational strategies to prevent and rectify operational gaps.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Collaborate with business and IT leads to monitor and evaluate Marriott Bonvoy processes.
    • Partner with various teams to align brand initiatives and integrate programs effectively.
    • Lead transformational projects across disciplines, ensuring strategic objectives are met.
    • Develop documentation for Marriott Bonvoy processes, gaps, and controls.
    • Provide ongoing monitoring of progress against program milestones and performance metrics.
    • Deliver presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Support the development and activation of complex implementation plans.
    • Manage and implement projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and objectives.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field, with at least 4 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Experience managing and defining transformational strategies for business units.
    • Proven track record of delivering results under challenging conditions.
    • Strong understanding of loyalty program management and competitive landscape.
    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
