    JOB SUMMARY

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Senior Manager, Loyalty Marketing Promotions at Marriott Bonvoy plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and member engagement through strategic promotions. This role focuses on acquiring new members and optimizing the digital customer experience by leveraging data, technology, and creative marketing strategies.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Develop and execute marketing promotions to drive new customer acquisition for Marriott Bonvoy.
    • Lead the evolution and optimization of the loyalty promotion capability, prioritizing new member acquisition and adapting to emerging business needs.
    • Support projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing member experiences and driving incremental revenues.
    • Integrate new offerings into promotions planning and execution, ensuring alignment with marketing and digital experience strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and report on promotion effectiveness, implementing test and learn approaches to optimize results.
    • Research industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with 6+ years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive growth and exceptional performance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Strong foundation in CRM/customer marketing program measurement, promotion development/management, and ROI analysis.
    • Expertise in end-to-end marketing campaign development and management.
    • Knowledge of marketing technology (Martech) and promotion capabilities, with the ability to implement best practices.
    • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and project management experience.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
