    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

    Duration: 12 months

     

    The Senior Manager, Luxury Social & Content Marketing will execute strategies, deliver key performance indicators, and manage social and content marketing for our luxury brands. This role collaborates with the Brand, Portfolio, and Loyalty Team to oversee the digital ecosystem, including brand websites and social media channels. Reporting to the Director of Luxury Content Marketing, this role requires innovation and partnership with key stakeholders and agencies.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Support and execute social and content marketing initiatives for luxury brands.
    • Manage brand social media channels and digital touchpoints.
    • Collaborate on digital and social advertising strategies with the Paid Social team.
    • Oversee social media content creation, editorial calendar, and influencer programs.
    • Track and improve performance of social marketing efforts.
    • Manage agency and freelance resources for social strategy initiatives.
    • Support special projects like high-net-worth initiatives and industry awards marketing.
    • Consult with brand marketing leads and internal creative agencies on content initiatives.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; 6+ years of digital and social media marketing experience.
    • High school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience in social media, marketing, and content marketing.
    • Experience in luxury lifestyle, CPG, or luxury experiences industries.
    • Proven ability to deliver results under challenging conditions.
    • Experience managing social strategies and multiple agencies/vendors.
    • Strong understanding of social marketing trends and industry best practices.
    • Success in a highly matrixed cross-functional organization.
    • Comfortable working independently and demonstrating technical acumen in social media marketing.
