    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

    Location : Bethesda($50.79 - $67.72) & NYC($50.79 - $74.49)

     

    The Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships Marketing oversees the development of marketing partnerships for Marriott's premium brands. Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, this role drives the creation and execution of partnership strategies aligned with brand objectives, guest engagement, and revenue generation.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Develop compelling partnership marketing strategies integrating brand objectives, consumer engagement, and revenue opportunities.
    • Manage identification, outreach, and negotiation of business terms for brand marketing partnerships.
    • Spearhead the development of innovative strategies to drive PR and social buzz through partnership activations.
    • Guide project teams from inception to launch, ensuring effective partnership implementation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement partnership strategies across product, experiential, and marketing channels.
    • Up to 30% travel and potential last-minute traveling required.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
    • 6+ years of experience in partnership marketing, brand activation, or related areas, with a track record of success.
    • Proven ability to deliver results in complex and ambiguous environments.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
    • Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
