    As a key member of the Marriott Bonvoy team, the Senior Manager for Marriott Bonvoy Moments oversees the marketing and operations of the Moments program, driving member engagement and loyalty through unique experiences. Reporting to the VP of Marriott Bonvoy Brand & Moments Marketing, this role contributes to product development, marketing strategies, and event execution to enhance member experiences.


    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Create and execute captivating Moment experiences, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain Moments' best-in-class status and competitive advantage.
    • Expand the Moments platform to reach a broader audience and include diverse experiences, especially partner, brand/property, and international experiences.
    • Manage the operational effectiveness of the Moments Platform, including member communications, website management, and member relations.
    • Oversee agencies, internal resources, and partners to develop a pipeline of experiences and negotiate pricing.
    • Determine pricing strategy and analyze performance to inform future offerings.
    • Implement creative marketing practices to engage members and differentiate Loyalty and Moments within the industry.
    • Develop and maintain performance metrics and reports to monitor and report on program effectiveness.



    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • 7+ years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance, or 10+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related functions.
    • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project execution.
    • Passion for member engagement, working with partners, marketing, and event management.
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including Marriott associates and external agencies.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in generating and presenting accurate and timely reports and analyses.
    • Demonstrated ability to stay updated with industry trends and innovations to enhance program effectiveness.
