    As a Senior Manager within the Global Operations Department, specifically the Global Property Management Systems (GPMS) team, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful deployment and management of payment systems across Marriott properties. Reporting to the Senior Director, Legacy PMS, the Senior Manager leads strategic initiatives related to Property Management Systems (PMS), focusing on architecture, governance, training, and deployment of payment solutions to enhance associate and guest experiences.


    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Execute strategy for the architecture, governance, and day-to-day management of payment systems.
    • Lead global training efforts for FreedomPay deployment to LightSpeed properties.
    • Resolve complex service requests and make decisions with limited to moderate risk.
    • Research, analyze, design, and implement application enhancements to meet user requirements.
    • Ensure successful deployment of Chip and Pin activities in LightSpeed rollout.
    • Monitor multiple projects to completion within time and budget constraints.
    • Create innovative solutions using current and leading-edge technologies.



    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, or equivalent experience/certification.
    • 5+ years’ experience with enterprise PMS Systems (e.g., FSPMS, LSPMS, FOSSE, Opera v5.6).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
    • Experience working with international teams and global systems.
    • Ability to manage medium to large-scale change and assess impacts.
    • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
    • Excellent organizational skills and track record of results.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem-solve, prioritize, and work well under deadlines.

    • Responding to and resolving non-routine property requests.
    • Serving as PMS Subject Matter Expert across various forums.

    • Performing other duties as assigned.
