    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    Lead the production team within Riott Haus Creative, focusing on delivering innovative designs for the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. Provide mentorship to production designers and asset managers, ensuring high-quality output aligned with brand needs. Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute creative concepts effectively.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Manage and mentor a team of production designers, asset managers, and print procurement.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the production team, including resource management and scheduling.
    • Lead client-facing interactions and act as a creative problem solver during the production process.
    • Establish best practices for production and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Provide final approval for creative assets prior to printing or digital use.
    • Collaborate with creative leads on visual identity and branding projects.
    • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors for production-related services.
    • Conduct quality control and troubleshoot Art Director layout files.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
    • 7+ years of experience leading production teams, delivering on brand needs.
    • 3+ years of experience in art direction and production requirements management.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365.
    • Strong mentorship skills to foster team growth.
    • Ability to manage multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
    • Process-oriented with the ability to establish effective workflows.
    • Understanding of diverse visual identities across brands.
