    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

    Duration: 12 months

     

    The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, Select Brands is responsible for driving branding and marketing efforts for the Select Brand portfolio. This role involves developing and executing brand marketing strategies, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Develop and maintain compelling brand strategy and positioning.
    • Execute integrated brand marketing and communication plans.
    • Collaborate with global teams and marketing disciplines to deliver results.
    • Guide visual and verbal aspects of brand voice across all touchpoints.
    • Manage project plans and budgets for brand marketing initiatives.
    • Support brand health objectives including demand generation and loyalty marketing.
    • Create and manage creative briefs for agency partners.
    • Ensure Marriott Bonvoy platform representation.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 6+ years’ experience in hospitality industry with progressive career growth.
    • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field OR 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
    • Experience managing transformational strategies for business units.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under complex conditions.
    • Strong creative and business-minded approach.
    • Proven experience in cross-discipline project and stakeholder management.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
