    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Senior Manager of Premium Brand Social Marketing is pivotal in devising strategies, setting key performance indicators, and executing social media and content marketing initiatives for Marriott's premium brands, focusing on Renaissance Hotels and Le Meridien. Integral to the Content Marketing and Brand Marketing teams, this role drives strategy and execution across various social media platforms and content tactics to achieve brand and content goals.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Develop, prioritize, and execute social and content marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, influencer programs, and brand website initiatives.
    • Support brand campaigns, initiatives, and partnerships through effective social strategy execution and evergreen content creation.
    • Assist in the approval and management of editorial calendars for paid and organic content across social brand channels.
    • Lead the development of program social strategy documents, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
    • Oversee content creation and distribution strategy, collaborating with internal teams and agencies.
    • Ensure alignment of content calendars to maximize the collective reach and impact of social marketing efforts.
    • Drive social innovation through special projects and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing, demonstrating exceptional performance.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing and defining social strategies, social media marketing, monitoring, management, content creation, and advertising.
    • Proficiency in executing paid social/digital marketing campaigns and managing social media influencer programs.
    • Solid understanding of social marketing trends and industry best practices.
    • Experience in developing, launching, and managing website and mobile projects.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect emerging social media trends with brand strategies.
    • Strong communication skills and success in a highly matrixed cross-functional organization.
