    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Senior Manager, Social Media - Growth will collaborate with the Director, Social Media Support Services, overseeing strategic growth initiatives and special projects focusing on social media operations. Responsibilities include project planning and execution to meet Marriott International's social media priorities, requiring strong critical thinking, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Represent social media operations in projects, ensuring seamless integration into Marriott's infrastructure.
    •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for executives and stakeholders.
    • Utilize partners and resources for timely execution, ensuring milestones are met.
    • Develop and manage a social media checklist for new initiatives.
    • Manage growth initiative/project needs, including setup, platform usage, and training.
    • Support social media channel growth with insights and use case understanding.
    • Engage in stakeholder calls, identifying social media needs and supporting setup.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 4-year degree from an accredited university
    • Over 2 years of Sprinklr management, including design, configuration, and support.
    • Expertise in social media networks, leveraging them for business objectives.
    • Proficiency in social media listening and analytics tools.
    •  Experience in change management strategies and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office.

     

    Competencies:

    • Skilled team player capable of navigating large organizations, influencing partners, and building consensus.
    • Strong communication skills for delivering engaging presentations tailored to specific stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely execution and milestone achievement.
    • Proficient in crafting and delivering tailored project plans, communication strategies, and presentations to stakeholders.
