    The Senior Manager, Video Production oversees video projects for Marriott's internal creative film and video department, the Marriott Content Studio. This role is pivotal in coordinating the production of Marriott Bonvoy and Brand video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Social Media, and Marriott Bonvoy TV, the in-room television channel available in over 7500 hotels globally. Collaboration with regional, loyalty, portfolio, global partnerships, and other marketing teams is essential to support end-to-end video production, from vendor briefing to distribution. Responsibilities also include creative brainstorming, script writing, storyboarding, shooting, and video editing.


    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Manage multiple video projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to production schedules and budgetary constraints.
    • Lead communication with internal teams and external production partners, overseeing project organization and operational aspects.
    • Stay updated on current and innovative video capabilities, including trends and formats on social platforms.
    • Assist in developing and producing forward-thinking, compelling video content for various channels, including digital, social media, editorial, and in-room entertainment.
    • Collaborate with Studio team and brand stakeholders to support strategic vision and production goals.
    • Supervise vendors in developing premium video concepts for distribution across various channels, including third-party platforms and Marriott Bonvoy TV.
    • Oversee global Marriott Bonvoy TV programming slate, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget, and creative standards.
    • Create, manage, and distribute regional versions of Marriott Bonvoy TV content.
    • Coordinate content submissions for Marriott Bonvoy TV from internal teams and brands, managing deadlines and usage rights.
    • Manage production contracts, schedules, and calendars for external vendors.
    • Conduct project review sessions and provide status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate domestic and international production shoots, including potential travel.
    • Produce content using existing library of video assets.
    • Cultivate positive relationships with internal collaborators, external vendors, and partners.
    • Establish and manage project workflows to execute content marketing initiatives effectively.
    • Ensure compliance with country and global regulatory, legal, and branding guidelines.



    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Digital Communications, or related field.
    • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating at least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing external and internal production teams.
    • Proven track record in project management within video production workflows.
    • Field producing experience is essential.
    • Strong relationships within the production community.
    • Proficiency in video and photo software applications such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation programs; Adobe Workfront experience is a plus.
