    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Senior Mobile Product Manager leads data-driven personalization and commerce capabilities for Marriott's highly-rated Bonvoy iOS and Android apps. Reporting to the Director of Mobile Product, this role defines and executes strategies to enhance the mobile commerce experience, aligning with Marriott's objective of becoming the preferred travel company globally. Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication to advance mobile growth initiatives.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Define and own the roadmap for mobile app growth experiences, focusing on data-driven personalization and seamless booking.
    • Lead a cross-functional agile product team to execute roadmap initiatives and strategies effectively.
    • Manage communication across the organization regarding mobile roadmap aspects related to unique capabilities and experiences.
    • Utilize data analysis to understand customer needs and drive experience improvements.
    • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leaders to align mobile initiatives with broader organizational goals.
    • Navigate strategic and tactical challenges while balancing user and business value in a fast-paced environment.
    • Translate complex technical discussions into actionable plans for mobile product enhancement.
    • Drive continuous improvement through the interpretation of data and execution plans.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of Digital Product Management experience with a focus on Consumer Mobile/Digital landscape.
    • 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional agile teams, preferably in Mobile product management.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and drive positive outcomes.
    • Customer-centric approach leveraging user data for experience enhancements.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certification.
    • Familiarity with analytics platforms and mobile analytics for data-driven product measurement.
    • International experience and proficiency in translating global solutions for local markets preferred.
