    JOB SUMMARY

    Position type: Full-time

     

    Join our Marriott.com Groups (Meetings&Events) Product team as a Senior Digital Product Manager. Lead the digital roadmap, drive product optimizations, and oversee migrations for a portfolio of products critical to guests, planners, and associates worldwide. This role focuses on enhancing user experiences for Weddings, Business Meetings, Social Events, and Group Travel at Marriott properties, ultimately driving profitable revenue and operational efficiencies.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams to drive new product initiatives.
    • Develop innovative products and services, removing friction from processes and enhancing overall customer experiences.
    • Define new product feature epics and stories, working with business, design, and engineering teams to ensure delivery of the product vision.
    • Create compelling content and business cases to present and sell concepts to senior management.
    • Prioritize product initiatives based on data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive analysis, and company goals.
    • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple scrum teams, environments, QA, designers, and content editorial for on-time delivery.
    • Perform User Acceptance testing per release requirements.
    • Track and analyze metrics compared to industry benchmarks, publishing reports on product performance, trends, and risks/opportunities.
    • Coordinate backlog for defect resolution, providing clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, and product requirements.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
    • 5+ years of experience in digital products/technology, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
    • 3+ years of product management experience.
    • 2+ years of eCommerce experience.
    • Experience in Agile/Scrum software development practices.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including AEM and Target.
    • Ability to manage and understand KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
    • Engineering background with understanding of data flows, service caching, APIs, data networks, and databases.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in developing solutions for global customers.
    • Experience working in the travel industry.
