    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

    Location: Remote

     

    The US/Canada Learning team seeks a FLEX Senior Program Specialist to bolster Food & Beverage Operations Training programs. This role entails administrative duties, project management, and financial oversight. Collaborating with the Program Management team, the Specialist will manage communications, track progress, and support program participants.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Handles inquiries, composes correspondence, schedules events, and processes data.
    • Reviews contracts, ensuring compliance, and develops tracking systems.
    • Sets priorities, establishes action plans, and identifies potential issues.
    • Follows procedures, maximizes resources, and seeks resolutions for problems.
    • Supports communication strategies, crafts content, and maintains communication platforms.
    • Coordinates updates and engages with internal stakeholders effectively.
    • Processes invoices, arranges travel, manages documents, and coordinates vendors.
    • Coordinates and implements projects, generates reports, analyzes information, and manages stakeholder requests.

     

    Qualifications:

    •  2+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance OR
    •  4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
    •  Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Microsoft Power Apps and other software for project management
    •  Strong project management skills

     

    Competencies:

    • Excellent communication skills, speaking and writing clearly and concisely
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively against timelines
    • Demonstrated ability to think independently and create solutions
