    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

    Duration: June 2024 - March 2025

     

    We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and facilitate agile teams, ensuring successful project delivery. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the agile process, maintaining tools and dashboards, and serving as a key liaison among stakeholders.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate squad team activities on a sprint-by-sprint basis.
    • Lead all scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and reviews.
    • Drive continuous improvement through regular retrospectives.
    • Serve as the escalation point to resolve squad issues.
    • Maintain agile tools and dashboards to track progress.
    • Liaise with stakeholders, development agencies, and hosting providers.
    • Monitor projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget.
    • Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and/or Agile Coach.
    • Expert in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT full development life cycle.
    • PMP, CSM, SAFe certification or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven ability to build credibility, consensus, and achieve goals through influence.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills to measure team performance.
    • High level of interpersonal skills to motivate and elicit work output in a team environment.

     

    Competencies:

    • Agile practitioner mindset with a deep understanding of common Agile practices.
    • Ability to work flexibly with teams, individuals, and executives.
    • Skilled in conceptualizing and presenting creative solutions to senior management.
    • Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences and facilitating multi-day ceremonies.
    • High analytical ability to assess team performance metrics.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and motivation.
