    The Senior Project Specialist, ARGs - FLEX, reports to the Senior Director, Diversity & Inclusion, Strategies and Solutions. Collaborating with the Global Diversity, Equity + Inclusion Team, business leaders, and other stakeholders, this role supports Associate Resource Groups initiatives. The Senior Project Specialist assists in launching and establishing processes to drive growth, amplifying ARG voices and deepening their impact.


    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Support the Global ARG Strategy by partnering with DEI and ARG leadership on day-to-day operational processes and programming.
    • Build streamlined resources and drive adoption of scalable processes for consistency and structure.
    • Track key program metrics, including events, budget spend, engagement, ROI, and the annual ARG engagement survey.
    • Monitor the ARG mailbox, respond to associate questions, and escalate issues as needed.
    • Manage and update the FAQs document on a rolling basis.
    • Lead key projects, including project plans, Handbook, and Governance Guide management.
    • Enhance ARG membership database, performance scorecard, and provide relevant data and analysis.
    • Collaborate with Social Impact and ARG leadership to provide logistical and tactical support for events globally.



    • Bachelor’s in Human Resources (HR), business, or related field; or five years' experience in a related field preferred.
    • Ability to work across different functions and build relationships with stakeholders and champions.
    • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive them to completion.
    • Forward-thinking, detailed-oriented, and personable.
    • Excellent communication, writing, collaboration, presentation, and project management skills.
    • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and presentation using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and summarized talking points.
    • Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, reprioritize projects, and communicate priority updates to stakeholders.

    FLEX employees will accrue .03334 hours of paid leave for every hour worked and be eligible to receive minimum of 4 holidays annually.  California based FLEX employees accrue .03462/hour PTO and 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours annually.
