    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

    Duration : Through end of January, 2025

     

    Seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to lead and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will drive Agile practices, facilitate key ceremonies, and ensure continuous improvement across teams.

     

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Guide and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices.
    • Manage and maintain Agile tools and dashboards to track progress and performance.
    • Act as the primary escalation point for resolving issues within the squad.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders, development agencies, and hosting providers.
    • Monitor project progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
    • Establish and enforce standards for sprint and project reporting.
    • Drive continuous improvement in backlog management and team performance.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach.
    • Expertise in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
    • Agile practitioner mindset with knowledge of Agile practices and iterative development.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT full development life cycle.
    • CSM certification or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements.
    • Flexibility to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong influencing skills to build consensus and achieve goals.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • High analytical ability to measure team performance and contributions.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and work effectively with teams.

    • Influence and Consensus Building: Ability to establish credibility, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence.
    • Analytical Skills: High level of analytical ability to assess and enhance team performance.
