    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    Marriott International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Global Workplace Services End User Computing team. This role is pivotal in planning, designing, building, and providing third-level support for endpoint management platforms, specifically focusing on Global Workplace Services' mobile products, including iOS, Android, and other mobile OSes managed by Intune, Workspace One, and Appdome.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Architect, design, test, and implement mobile solutions for Global Workplace Services.
    • Document solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer to external service providers.
    • Provide support, oversight, and tactical direction to enable the delivery of IT services.
    • Contribute to the overall architecture and operational governance model.
    • Research, design, and implement components that are standards-based, high-performing, highly available, and secure.
    • Educate internal and external users on technologies to enhance the organization's knowledge and skill base.
    • Evaluate and select service products, engineering designs, and provide fourth-level operational guidance on endpoint management platforms.
    • Support analysis of the current environment, recommend solutions for improvement, and align systems strategy with business goals.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing mobile devices using Microsoft Intune.
    • 4+ years of experience with Mobile app signing through Google Play Store, Apple App Store.
    • 4+ years of experience with mobile application distribution methods (e.g., web hooks, application wrapping).
    • 4+ years of experience with Apple DEP profiles creation, management, distribution.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
    • Strong attention to detail and effective multitasking across multiple priorities.
    • Preferred: Experience with integration tools (Service Now, Nessus Tenable, Lookout), Design Thinking, Agile (SAFe).

    • Support existing systems and projects in at least one environment.
    • Review requirements completeness prior to solutioning.
    • Plan and coordinate implementation and review quality control.
    • Provide input for support desk change management efforts.

     

    IT Governance:

    • Follow defined IT standards and processes, providing input for improvements.
    • Maintain a balance between business and operational risk.
    • Adhere to project management standards and processes.
